2. Starting late

Fortunately, you can get around the problem of having limited financial resources to work with by exploring all available options, whether you’re choosing caterers, funfair hire, or vendors. It may appear like a lot of additional work. However, doing so will not only give you more choices in case one doesn’t pan out, but it’ll also surely help you find better deals to keep the costs of the project at a minimum.

4. Not hiring an experienced manager

It’s easy for event planning to spiral out of control if there’s no-one experienced at the helm. And because of this, it’s important to hire a manager that’s experienced. Having people who know what they’re doing will make a difference since you won’t have to manage the needs of the client, facilitate meetings, or minimize the risks on your own.
